   Gladiator HDD M500 Mud Recycling System is built for crews that need serious fluid management without dragging around oversized equipment, the Gladiator HDD M500 delivers dependable mud recycling performance in a compact, track-mounted package. Designed specifically for HDD contractors who demand mobility, durability, and clean drilling fluid on the jobsite, the M500 helps reduce waste, lower disposal costs, and keep drilling operations running efficiently. The Gladiator M500 combines a rugged 500-gallon V-bottom tank with a dual-screen Mudslayer shaker deck, desanding cones, and high-capacity centrifugal pumping power to remove solids and recycle valuable drilling fluid back into the bore. Mounted on 6-foot tracks with hydraulic leveling outriggers, the unit is easy to position in tight jobsites while maintaining stability during operation. Powered by a reliable 56 HP Hatz Tier 4 diesel engine, the M500 is engineered for contractors working fiber, utility, pipeline, and infrastructure projects where fluid control matters. From small urban bores to demanding utility installs, this system helps maximize productivity while minimizing downtime and fluid costs.
